The historic Old War Office building in Central London was officially sold on a 250-year lease arrangement to the Hinduja group on Tuesday. The building with 1,100-rooms that was once occupied by Britain’s PM Winston Churchill, will be restored and redeveloped into a five-star hotel and luxury residences.
