A college student in Telangana’s Adilabad district reportedly slit an 18-year-old girl’s throat in public after she reportedly rejected his marriage proposal. Mahesh was reportedly pressuring his neighbour Sandhya into marrying him, and when she denied, he slit her throat in full public view. She died on the spot while Mahesh fled immediately
