Banks in India will reportedly be open on Saturday and exchange old notes from their own customers. However, senior citizens are given exemption and they can exchange at any banks. According to reports, Indian Banks' Association, on Friday, made this announcement as there are a lot of pending work for their existing customers. Notably, from Monday onwards customers of any bank are allowed to exchange their old notes.
