Over 35 inmates reportedly escaped from the Government Observation Home for Boys in Kellys on Monday, following a clash between two groups in the premises. According to police officials, trouble had been brewing for the past two days because of growing unrest between the two groups of inmates. It was reported that 29 out of the 35 boys who ran away returned to the Juvenile home.
