MAMMOOTTY'S WHITE SHOOTING PROGRESSES IN LONDON

The shooting of the Malayalam film White by Uday Ananthan, starring Mammootty, began in London recently and is progressing at a steady pace. The film also marks the Malayalam debut of Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi. Meera Nandan plays an important character in the film.

Mammootty recently posted a selfie of his look for the film on his social media page. Although not much has been revealed about the rest of the cast or crew of the film, the basic storyline, as explained by the filmmakers, deals with the story of Prakash Roy, an older man, played by Mammootty, who falls for a much younger woman.

Scripted by Uday Ananthan, Nandini Valsan and Praveen Balakrishnan, cinematography of White is being handled by Ganesh Menon with music score by Rahul Raj. The film will also be shot in Budapest, Bangalore and parts of Kerala.
