NO RUDHRAMADEVI FOR TAMIL NADU, AS YET

Looks like a wide release of the Tamil cut of the much-awaited Rudhramadevi, starring Anushka Shetty, Catherine Tresa, Rana Daggubati and Allu Arjun and directed by Gunasekharan, will be delayed even further. The ambitious 3D historical film, which was supposed to release in both Tamil and Telugu languages on October 9, may not be releasing in Tamil Nadu on the said date but instead will hit the screens only in Andhra and that too in 2D.

 

Meanwhile Inji Iduppazhagi / Size Zero, which is yet another Tamil-Telugu bilingual starring Anushka is all set to release on the same day. This quirky comedy, which has Anushka playing the role of an overweight young woman is slated to hit the screens on October 9.

 

Either way, looks like there's no cause for disappointment for Anushka fans since there's still a reason to hit the theatres, while the warrior queen's on her way!
