Ro Ro Roshini

Singers: Nivas

Lyrics: Karthik Netha,Ghibran

The trendy album begins in style with a trance-like composition equipped by superior grand piano and pulsating rhythm section. Nivas delivers a power-packed rendition which is ably supported by an enchanting electric guitar solo. The song has everything needed for a perfect modern chartbuster!

Gun Inbam

Singers: Emcee Jesz, Sharanya Gopinath, Abbas Akbar, Shabir
Lyrics: Sikkander, Jil Sri

A jazzy number which reminds us of the all-time popular hit Black Velvet by Alannah Myles in terms of presentation, interludes, and perfect keys. At the same time, the song also has the feel of a modern composition in terms of orchestration.

Texas Poigiraen

Singers: Narrow Smith, Sharanya Gopinath

Lyrics:  Narrow Smith, Sarva Kannan

It is time for a crazy fun composition with feel good acoustic strings and stylish vocals by Narrow Smith and Sharanya Gopinath. The song has the breathtaking freshness of Alternative Rock and power-packed electric guitar touches as well. However, the composition looks less like a Tamil number and more like an international track.

Singer: RJ Balaji, Abishek

Lyrics: Sikkander, Anbukani

A racy number with quirky rap vocals and impactful percussions makes its presence again. The lyrics follow a storytelling format with good precision and speed. RJ Balaji does a neat job for this funky composition. The usage of mesmerizing electric guitar is another highlight of this composition. It is indeed a new experiment by Ghibran to fuse Rap, Alternative Rock, and Tamil Folk.

Vadi Vadi

Singer: Rajan Chelliah

Lyrics: Soundara Rajan

The trendiness is retained with another cool solo by Rajan Chelliah with powerful  Guitar touches and steady rhythm section. Soundara Rajan’s stylish lyrics are quite fun to hear. Maybe it's just us, but the song seems to have a possible resemblance to Teenage Dream by the International Pop artist Katy Perry.

Pogadhe Pogadhe

Singer: Rajan Chelliah

Lyrics: Jaya Rathakrishnan

An emotional solo with swift vocals by Rajan Chellaiah is greatly supported by Trance rhythm section. The track takes the listener to a new realm of emotional journey in terms of presentation, music, and feel. Jaya Rathakrishnan's lyrics are quite sorrowful and evoke a great plethora of emotions.

Pogadhe Pogadhe (Female)

Lyrics: Jaya Rathakrishnan

A folksy and relaxing track with sultry vocals of Suthasini and compelling violin arrives in a relaxed pace. The tune breathes innocence and at the same time, the chord progression is quite peculiar. Lyrics by Jaya Rathakrishnan deserves a special mention here. The faint traces of Carnatic Raga Harikambhoji acts like an icing on this musical cake.

Verdict: Chennai 2 Singapore is a trendy album from Ghibran which suits the film’s theme perfectly. However, the repetitive factor in the tunes could have been avoided.
