The ace director has a period flick in his mind, set in the pre-independence era when the caste system had a vice like grip on the society. The story is about a particular community whose members are considered to be thieves and crooks by birth, everyone belonging to the community was branded an anti-social. A young man from such a community breaks barriers to become a police officer himself. Though an idea that took shape quite a few years ago, it is still reportedly very much in Bharathiraja’s scheme of things and we can expect him to embark on the mission soon.
