Lively and jolly number! Somehow, the opening seconds remind one of the ‘Hey Baby’ song from Malaikkottai. But that similarity soon disappears. Mani Sharma has not gone in for anything special, just kept the rhythms consistent. The singer, not having much to do, spells out the lines in tune. One gets the feeling that the song on the whole could have done with a bit more of vital energy.
