has done many memorable characters,

qualifies perfectly as one
of the best ‘dummy dons’
of all time is definitely
Aarukolai Aarumugam- one man,
six murders. Well, we know
how the name came to be and
how much Goundamani’s
boundless gift of gab helped
him maintain that image. The
man who was called ‘Aarukolai’
because of his ability to
cut down a number of stalks
bearing coconuts (‘Kolai’
in Tamil) and how the name
stuck to give a more terrifying
meaning – the story
