Who’s Gervais? Is what most of you are asking.
Ah, but the ones not asking that are those who
have seen his brilliant BBC comedy series, The
Office (It now has an American counterpart- more
popular- staring Steve Carrell, but the British
one is superior) where he plays an obnoxious boss.
In Ghost Town, Gervais plays a rich American dentist
who begins to see ghosts. Ricky Gervais is an
original comic-as actor, writer and director,
and this will be his first movie outing –
he’s always done television before. Though
the plot may sound unoriginal, you can be sure
this British comic will do something to turn the
proceedings as hilarious as they can get.
