I am a 'Poor Star' not 'Powerstar' - Event Story

Siva Karthikeyan met the press today to thank them for their unflinching support to his fledgling career. His recent release Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga has been going from strength to strength in all release centers and is on its way to being declared a hit.

Siva said that he doesn't have any mentor as such but has immense respect and liking for the legendary Goundamani. When asked about the comedians that he follows, he said that he mixes and matches from the styles of many comedians like Vadivelu, Vivek and Goundamani. 

Siva told that he doesn't entertain fancy taglines and titles as he is still an upcoming actor, in the beginning stages of his career. Jokingly he said that he was a ‘Poor Star’ and not a ‘Powerstar’

He was also humble enough to admit that he didn't consider himself to be a competitor to any of the other seniors in the field. He admitted that he was just at the beginning of a long career ahead with miles to conquer.
