Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsWe had reported a few days back that Actor-Comedian Vadivelu and Director Shankar have managed to sort out their differences post the 'Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikesi' controversy and the filming of the movie is expected to start soon and that an announcement is awaited regarding the same.
In a statement issued on August 27, 2021, the Tamil Film Producers Council said, “In connection with the above complaint, the executives of the Tamil Film Producers Council, actor Mr. Vadivelu and S. Pictures have been contacted in person and the issue has been resolved smoothly.”
Now, in an exclusive interview with Behindwoods, Actor Vadivelu said that he's making a comeback after four years and noted that he feels exactly the same way he did when he started acting in films. "Next on line is Naai Sekar, a comedy entertainer with director Suraj of 'Thalainagaram' fame. I am acting as the hero as well as comedian in the movie."
"After meeting Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin, things have been going smoothly. It's been going good for me as well as for people," Vadivelu added. When asked if he will act along with Kamal Haasan, he said, "Of course I will act with him. His blessings are always with him. If there's an opportunity to act in Thevar Magan 2, I am hopeful that he will call me."
