The makers have remained tight-lipped and have managed not let out even the tiniest update regarding the film. Although there is news floating around regarding the first look of the film expected to release on July 15, nothing is official yet.
It was only a weeks back that Thala fans in Southampton raised a placard and asked for "Valimai Update" during the ICC World Test Championship final between India and New Zealand. It has now come to light that a similar placard was raised during the Euro 2020 Semi-final match between England and Denmark, that was held at England's Wembley Stadium. Pictures of the same are doing rounds on social media and are going super viral.

'Valimai' is helmed by H Vinoth. The most-anticipated movie marks the actor-director duo's second project under Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP banner post the 2019 courtroom drama 'Nerkonda Paarvai'. Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja and DOP Nirav Shah have been retained for this upcoming flick. Actor Yogi Babu had earlier confirmed being a part of the movie too.
