AR Rahman’s Aalaporaan Tamizhan single song for Vijay and Atlee’s Mersal is out. The song seems to be a combination of various genres well knitted by the oscar winner with some feisty instrumentation and superior vocals.

Right from the start when the folk based beats flow in, there is the use of a grand chorus portion throughout. The Nadhaswaram portions guarantee a connect and nativity feel.
