STR'S FIRST STATEMENT AFTER AAA

After the release of his much hyped AAA, STR has not been active on social media. Yesterday, he finally took to Twitter to make his first statement. This time, it was regarding the controversy surrounding AR Rahman.

STR tweeted, ''Music has no language, and that's the reason music unites people, and so does the genius legend @arrahman End of story dot. #Peace''. This happened after the spark of a controversy after AR Rahman performed a majority of Tamil songs in his recent concert in London and a lot of fans who expected Hindi songs, left the arena, disappointed.

Simbu extended his support to AR Rahman, who he claims to be a great fan of. AR Rahman has also scored the music for Simbu's Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya and Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada, and both were helmed by Gautham Menon.
