POPULAR YESTERYEAR ACTRESS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL AFTER SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEMS

Actress Jayanthi, who has acted in over 500 films in South India including blockbusters like Iruvar Ullam, Annai Illam, Padagotti, Karnan, etc., has been admitted to a hospital in Bengaluru after severe health problems.

The actress, aged 73, resides in Bengaluru. This morning, March 26, she had breathing difficulty following which she was admitted to a hospital, where she was diagnosed with chronic severe asthma and acute respiratory failure.
