SURIYA FOR TN ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS?

Tamil Nadu Assembly elections are on its way and the TN Election Commission is in full swing to ensure this democratic process happens perfectly.

There was a time, when voting was considered un-cool and there were a lot of armchair politics. But things have changed with the youth population firm on taking part in building the government and exercising their voting rights.

To drive home the point of voting, TN election commission has approached celebs like Suriya, Karthi, Ashwin Ravichandran, Dipika Pallikal to take part in a video reiterating people to vote.

Meanwhile the TN election commission has also used the famous lines mouthed by Suriya in Singam, in their official Facebook page to ask people to register their names in the voter’s list.  

It says, “onnoda pera notice board la paathruppa, newspaper la paathruppa, invitation la paathruppa, yen visiting card la kooda paathruppae, Aana Voter’s List la irukkumnu paathrukkiya? Paakuriya? Paakuriyua?”

That's a roaring Singam indeed!
