Dabangg 3 is an upcoming film that has Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. The pair will be reprising their roles as Inspector Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo Pandey. It is directed by Prabhu Deva, and is a sequel to Dabangg 2 that came out in 2012.
This venture is bankrolled by Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan under the banners Salman Khan films and Arbaaz Khan Productions respectively. While the songs are composed by Sajid-Wajid, the background score is orchestrated by Sandeep Shirodkar.
The latest update about this film is that actor Sudeep, who predominantly acts in Kannada movies, has signed up to be a part of this biggie. It must be noted that Sudeep has acted in a few Tamil movies like Puli, Naan Ee, Mudinja Ivana Pudi etc.,
Dabangg 3 is Salman Khan's next film after Bharat, which is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, and has Katrina Kaif, Tabu and Disha Patani playing important roles. Bharat is releasing for Eid on 5th June 2019, while Dabangg 3 is eyeing a December 2019 release. Stay tuned for more updates.
