SATHRIYAN DIRECTOR PASSES AWAY!

Notable director, writer and producer K Subhash passed away today (23/11/2016) in Chennai. He started his career as an assistant to Mani Ratnam in Nayagan.

K Subhash is known for his blockbuster hit film Sathriyan starring Vijayakanth and produced by Mani Ratnam. Sathriyan was his second film and he later went on to direct films like Bramma, Pavithra, 123 and more. His last work was a Hindi film named Insan. Apart from direction, he was known to be a popular writer in B-Town as he had worked in the script department in some of the popular Hindi films like Dilwale and Houseful 3.

The funeral will happen today at around 4.30 PM in Chennai. We convey our deepest condolences to Subhash’s family.
