Before the Coronavirus lockdown, the director was busy with the production process of 'Ponniyin Selvan' which is the silver screen adaptation of the five-part Tamil novel written by Kalki Krishnamurthy.
Meanwhile, as promised, director Mani Ratnam recently interacted with his fans through his wife, Suhasini’s Instagram live video and answered quite a few interesting questions.
While he went on live, popular South-Indian director and actor, Lijo Jose Pellissery who is known for his brilliant works in movies like Angamaly Diaries, Amen, Jallikattu amongst others, was watching the interaction.
