LATHA RAJINIKANTH'S COUNSEL CLARIFIES ON CONTEMPT OF COURT PROCEEDINGS

Now, her counsel has released a press statement, stating that they had filed an application along with an affidavit before the the Madras High Court, seeking to extend the time to vacate the premises as they were not able to do so in the wake of COVID-19 and also because the current academic year hadn't finished. They had sought time till April 2021 and were also periodically paying the amount that was due.

The counsel says that the court also accepted the same and said to not admit new students for the new academic year and that there was no problem in admitting students for the academic year in the new premises.

They reiterated that Latha Rajinikanth wasn't subjected to any contempt of court proceedings. You can view the entire press release below.
