The multifaceted Lakshmy Ramakrishnan who had directed films like Ammani, Nerungi Vaa Muthamidaathe and Aarohanam, is now gearing up for the release of her upcoming fourth film, House Owner.
Produced by her husband, Dr. Ramakrishnan under the production house Monkey Creative Labs, the film features Lovelyn Chandrasekhar, Kishore, Viji Chandrasekhar and Kishore of ‘Pasanga fame. The film’s music will be composed by M.Ghibran.

The makers had earlier released the teaser of the film. The film is set against the backdrop of 2015 Chennai floods. The story is said to have a love story despite set on the backdrop against the floods.The film is finally all set to hit the screens on June 21. While the film’s cinematography will be handled by Krishna Sekhar TS, the cuts of the movie will be handled by CS Prem Kumar.
