One of the most sought after directors of Tamil cinema who has earned a privileged position among stars and fans is K.S.Ravikumar. He is known for his films like Padayappa with Rajini, Avvai Shanmugi with Kamal, Minsara Kanna with Vijay, Varalaru with Ajith and more.
He has also delivered successful films in Telugu, Kannada apart from Tamil. In Telugu, his collaboration with Balakrishna resulted in a successful movie, Jai Simha. This got good reception among the Telugu audiences.
There are speculations in the media that he is all set to direct Balakrishna yet again which will be his second film with this Big Star of Telugu Cinema. The works for the film are set to begin from July of this year.
Balakrishna is said to be quite careful in making his next choice since his last biopics about NTR, NTR Kathanayakudu, NTR Mahanayakudu opened to mixed reviews. It would be interesting to see what does K.S.Ravikumar have in mind for Balaiah.
