Nivin Pauly's next Malayalam film, Kayamkulam Kochunni has been under production for a long time now. The epic period drama is directed by Rosshan Andrrews and written by Bobby & Sanjay. The film also stars legendary actor Mohanlal. 

Now, the latest update is that after 161 days, the shooting for the film has been wrapped up. Nivin took to Twitter to make the announcement. He said, "161 days of shoot, a set of inspiring people, a lifetime of experiences and one film. It’s a wrap for #KayamkulamKochunni."

This film, based on the life of a highwayman from Kerala, has music by Gopi Sundar and is edited by the national award-winning Sreekar Prasad.
