"SUPERSTAR NA ADHU RAJINI SIR MATTUM DHAN" - KALANITHI MARAN SPEECH

Superstar Rajinikanth's Petta audio launch is happening today (December 9) in a grand manner at a private college in the outskirts of Chennai. The songs of the film are composed by Anirudh Ravichander and the first two singles from the film are already chartbusters.

The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Sun Pictures with Simran, Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Sasikumar, and others, being part of the cast.

Sun Pictures Kalanithi Maran's speech at Petta audio launch: 

"Writing a song is a very difficult task, and Vivek has done a lot of homework for this project. We shouldn't judge anyone by his appearance and Anirudh is a classic example. Tamil Nadu already has an Oscar award with A.R.Rahman. I wish Anirudh also fetches an Oscar very soon. His voice is drastically contrasting from his appearance. When we shot in Varanasi, Rajinikanth opted to stay in a normal hotel, and didn't opt for a 5 star hotel. 8 years ago, I told this in Enthiran audio launch. I am repeating it yet again now. Superstar na adhu Rajini sir mattum dhan. No one can replace him and no one can even be born like him."
