RELEASING AFTER FACING "SLUT SHAMING, CHARACTER ASSASSINATIONS, MISOGYNY..." - AADAI TEAM MAKE A STATEMENT!

Aadai is produced by Viji Subramaniam under the banner V Studios. It has Pradeep Kumar and his band Oorka composing the music, Vijay Kartik Kannan handling the cinematography, and Shafique Mohamed Ali heads the edit department.

The film was supposed to release this morning, but didn't because of financial issues. Now, all the issues have been cleared and the evening shows will start running as per schedule. This was announced by Amala Paul through her Twitter handle. 

"Releasing at 6 PM IST worldwide. We promise you it would be worth the wait. Thank you for your continued support! 🙏"

The tweet also had a image attached that sent across a bold message. It read: "After facing all the curse words, slut shaming, characters assassinations, misogyny, and KDM issues, releasing in 700+ screens worldwide."
