FROM STR TO NTR?

With Simbu’s Vaalu, which met with mixed reviews and put up a decent box office performance, the captain of the ship, director Vijay Chander has made a name for himself not just in Tamil Nadu but also in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.

Apparently Jr. NTR, who happened to get to know about Vaalu, was pretty impressed with the first time director’s commercial take on film making.

We also hear that, if things go right, Vijay Chander might soon direct a Telugu biggie, possibly Jr. NTR himself. A little birdie has hinted to us that the director is likely to narrate a script for Tarak soon. Stay tuned for more updates!
