Komban fame Namo Narayana who has also worked in acclaimed films like Naadodigal, Eesan and Yaamirukka Bayamey is very elated about the reception for Komban. The film received plaudits from the masses for its native touch and Karthi's splendid screen presence.

About the reception for his role he said, "Co-starring with Karthi was a big break for me as he is one of the top actors in the Tamil film industry. Since the film was completely Madurai based, it was easy for me to pick up that accent".

He added, "Of course, cinematographer Velraj is my friend's friend and he was a great support for me throughout the project. Thanks to the team. This film was a breakthrough in my career". Narayana has acted in about 18 films till now and his love for cinema started in a very unique way.

From being a software engineer, he took a leap in the film industry with Naadodigal. About his experience working in that film he said, "I became very good friends with Sasikumar and Samuthirakani after this film. When I went for the first shot, I had to get completely drenched in mud water and act in a scene. At that moment my only motive was to impress them and I aced that scene. It was a brilliant experience working with them".

This actor has also worked in Malayalam films like Mammootty's Thappana and more. He has many upcoming films like Sivakarthikeyan's Rajini Murugan and Ma Ka Pa Anand's Navarasa Thilagam.
