Dhanush requests his fans to stay calm

Dhanush's latest Hit with director K.V.Anand and team, Anegan, is set to be premiered on Sun TV this coming Tuesday evening as a special for April 14th. The film crossed the 50 day mark in theaters just recently and Dhanush fans were hoping that it would hit the 100 day mark just like the star's previous blockbuster VIP.

This fast TV premiere was sort of a shock for fans and they were making their displeasure and disagreement felt in the Twitter space with hashtags to stop this TV premiere from happening so soon. Realizing that he had to respond to his fans, Dhanush tweeted the following

"I request my fans 2 stay calm reg Anegan premiere. I don't know d agreement between the production and d channel. Hence can't comment. The film is a superhit. That's all that matters. If it's still aired then let a wider audience enjoy the film. #keepcalm #spreadlove"

We have to agree with Dhanush here as the game seems to be changing with respect to the satellite rights of films. Gone are the days when films used to hit the TV screens years after their theatrical release !
