AFTER THARA THAPPATTAI….

Director  Bala’s ambitious venture on Tamil Nadu’s traditional art forms, Thara Thappattai, has been wrapped and the unit is much excited and satisfied. The  film goes into post-production phase now.  

Film's lead Sasikumar is a very happy man and tells behindwoods, “The experience of working in Bala sir’s film was very good. The smallest niggle was my mishap but that aside, it was a great learning experience for me. The entire crew had worked hard for the film. I am very happy to have worked in my Guru Bala sir’s film. It was a great moment for me to have assisted him and then acted in his film too”.

Sasikumar’s next will be Vetrivel with Vasantha Mani who had worked with Neason in Jilla. The film to be produced by Trident Arts will feature  Prabhu, Thambi Ramaiah, Renuka, Vijee and others with Imman’s music and Kathir's camera work. The project is all set to roll from tomorrow, the 17^th September on Vinayaka Chaturthi day, at Tanjore.
