VARALAXMI SARATHKUMAR BEGINS IN PONDICHERRY

Thara Thappattai being directed by Bala is a film about the traditional folk art forms of Tamil Nadu like Karagam. The film features Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead. Thara Thappattai boasts of talents like Ilayaraja as music director (his 1000th film) and Chezhian behind camera.

 

The proceedings of the film took a temporary break after Sasikumar broke his hand during the shoot few months back. The team has started their shooting now in Pondicherry where a song is being canned. Sharing her excitement in Twitter, Varalaxmi states, “Off with my darlingsss for shoot..#tharaithappatai all the way...song shoot...wooohooooo”.
