The Sibiraj starrer Naaigal Jaakirathai produced by dad Sathyaraj under the Nathambal Film Factory banner is almost complete. Almost 95% of the film is done.

The climax scenes were shot in Palakkad's Dhoni Hills for a period of 1 week. The unit encountered a really thrilling experience during the shoots as the place is very risky and known for King Cobra snakes. The unit had to procure permission from forest authorities to carry out their shoots.

'Sundattam' fame Arundhati and Sutta Kadhai Balaji are also part of the movie, for which Dharan is composing the music and Praveen - Srikanth are handling the edits.

A Belgian Shepherd dog has also shared the screen space with Sibi and it is supposed to be a very sharp breed. The dog has an important role in the movie and even the logo design of the movie depicts a dog.

According to a source close to the unit, Naaigal Jaakirathai promises to be a layered movie and a new experience for the audience.
