Jigarthanda’s ‘cooool’ landmark

Jigarthanda directed by Karthik Subbaraj has turned out to impress one and all. This Madurai based gangster musical story featured Siddharth, Bobby Simha, Karunakaran in lead roles and Santhosh Narayanan’s music added up to the film's excitement.

Now, the movie has completed fifty super days at the turnstiles. We are living at a time when completing a week at the box-office is a Himalayan task, this feat of Jigarthanda comes across as a real ‘cooool’ landmark.

Sharing the excitement on his social networking platform, director Karthik Subbaraj says,"50 போட்டதுக்கு ஊரு fulla Flex ஏத்திர்ந்திருக்கலாம்,ஒரு paper ad,posterஆவது ஒட்டிருக்கலாம்!! Very happy for the 50th day of #Jigarthanda!!" which goes on to suggest that they could have painted the town with flex banners or at least an ad in the paper or a poster to celebrate this feat.
