Both Ilayathalapathy Vijay and AR Murugadoss are known for encouraging raw new talents. The former takes time to praise all the good work or performances he comes across relating to films while the latter funds movies for budding young artists.

Rajkumar Periasamy, an erstwhile assistant to director AR Murugadoss, will be the next in the list of first time directors to be introduced by ARM’s production house along with Fox Star Studios, through the Gautham Karthik starrer Rangoon.

Rangoon went on floors yesterday, the 20^th of November. As always, coming in first to welcome a new talent, Ilayathalapathy Vijay had supposedly called and wished the director on seeing the first look poster of the film which was released yesterday.
