This young lady explores boyhood!

Poovarasam Peepee is coming out this weekend, on the 30^th of May. Starring a bunch of kids, the film is produced by cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa. Debutante director Halitha Shameem takes up a sensitive and a relatively untouched subject, and has even managed to impress director Gautham Menon. SPI Cinemas is distributing the film.

Here’s what the young lady had to say about her film -

“I’d like to call it a summer adventure. Poovarasam Peepee is a very subtle film and it is the story that holds prominence.”

“The whole story is about a bunch of children who are in that very important period where their innocence breaks and adolescence blossoms. In other words Poovarasam Peepee deals about the budding stages of boyhood.”
