Market leaders for Vijay's Thalaivaa?
May 07, 2013For the music rights of Vijay’s Thalaivaa, intense negotiations are going on and it looks like market leaders Sony Music are the frontrunners to grab the rights of this G.V.Prakash musical. They are in talks with the producer of the movie, Chandraprakash Jain, and things are yet to be firmed up. Once the deal is finalized, the music release date will be decided.
Sony Music is known for grabbing the music rights of all biggies and some of their recent big buys include Superstar's Kochadaiyaan and Ajith's 53rd movie, among others.
Since Thalaivaa features Vijay as the leader of a dance troupe in Australia, we can expect some racy and peppy tunes from GV.
