High Court sends legal notice to Gautham Menon

We had earlier reported about the alleged rift between Gautham Menon and RS Infotainment. The latter had supposedly filed a case against Gautham menon and P Madan of Escape Artistes Motion Pictures, reportedly demanding the return of the advance money of Rs. 4.25 crores, the duo had received from RS Infotainment for making a film with Suriya in the lead.
The case was presented recently before the High Court Chief Justice R Sudakar. After hearing the case, the Chief Justice has ordered to send a legal notice to director Gautham Menon.
