'Comedian Vivek asked to pay fine'

January seems to be the season where film stars land in legal troubles. Popular comedian Vivek recently ran into the long arm of the law while driving around the suburbs of Chennai.

The actor’s car was pulled over by the traffic police on duty as the vehicle had breached the recently imposed ban on sunfilms and tinted windows in cars. The diligent cops, even after knowing that the highly affable comedian was in the car, decided to abide by their code and fine the actor for the violation.

It is believed that Vivek too duly paid the fine and assured to remove the sunfilm from his car at the earliest.
