“That’s how the parrot landed in my home and
has now become a part of the family,” he said.
Unlike the usual way where parrots are caged, the actor
says that his pet parrot is free to roam around in the
house. He is also sentimental about the parrot considering
it as his son.
Talking about the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment)
who honoured him with the title cutest vegetarian, Madhavan
said that he feels so honoured but also added that he
thinks killing a life whether human or animals is all
the same and equally cruel.
Pointing out an example, the actor said that John Abraham
an ardent vegetarian shot to fame more for his physique.
