Iruttarai and so did its lead actor Vijaykanth.
The film went on to become a smash hit and
it was remade in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi,
all of which were directed by SAC.
The director has now decided to remake
the film. According to sources close to
the director, he intends to remake the
film in such a way that it would suit
the present situation. SAC will also make
use of the latest technologies to make
this film even better.
The cast and crew will be finalized shortly,
we hear. There is a strong anticipation
in Kollywood as to who would play Vijayakanth’s
role.
