Director K Rajeshwar's 'Thideer nagaril
oru kaadhal gaana' is a remake of the
Bollywood blockbuster 'Azab Premji Gazab
Kahaani'. K Rajeshwar's son Ranjan adorns
the lead cast with a model from Mumbai
sharing the screen. The other characters
are yet to be decided. The Hindi version
directed by Rajkumar Santoshi is based
on the story written by Rajeshwar.
Ranjan has taken vigorous training in
acting, dance, stunt, fight, etc before
stepping into the shoes as a hero. Vairamuthu
has penned the lyrics to Music Director
Adhityan's beats who is entering silver
screen after quite a long gap.
Jagan entertainment private limited and
Film magic productions are the two banners
producing this film together. The venture
took off today with the participation
of Simran, Director Balu Mahendra, etc.
At this juncture, the Tamil and English
versions of the novel titled 'Needhiyin
Kolai' written by Dr J Rajmohan Pillai
and K Govindhan Kutty was released. The
novel runs through Rajan Pillai's life
history.
