Film
producer Henry has filed a public interest litigation
petition at the Madras High Court to postpone
the Indian Premier League cricket matches, as
it overlaps with the Board exams. According
to the petitioner, the IPL matches could be
a great distraction to the children taking up
exams and it will have an adverse impact on
their marks.
The writ petition will be taken up for hearing
on March 9th by a Division Bench of the High
Court.
