Flora names the real U.S. visa scam culprit

Flora Shiny, one of the actors allegedly involved in the U.S. Visa racket addressed the press today at the Chennai Film Chamber of Commerce. Her version of the whole affair was that she had been duped. Some months ago, she had been asked to get ready to dance in a function in the U.S. by Mohan Babu’s personal assistant. Since the

invitation came from someone as legitimate as the star’s P.A., she agreed. The association that had invited her for the event was called the Telugu Literary and Cultural Association.She was told to also bring along with her a widow called Lata. The reason? To help Flora around with make up, etc. “My papers and documents and visa was all in order”, stated the actress, “but I did not know the others did not have proper papers.” Once these cine artists arrived there, Flora says she discovered to her alarm that no such Telugu association existed. “None of this is my fault,” the actress stressed again, “its their fault.”
