Director Kannan, who had
directed Jayam Kondaan and Kandein Kadhalai,
is directing Vandhan Vendran with Jiiva donning
the greasepaint for the hero’s role.
For quite sometime Jiiva and Kannan were on
the look out for a suitable face to play the
leading lady in the movie Vandhan Vendran.
Recently, they have finalized Tapasee for
the role.
Tapasee will mark her debut in the Tamil film
industry with Aadukalam. The actress will
begin shooting for Vandhan Vendran in September,
disclosed the director. According to him,
all the scenes which do not require the heroine
will be shot prior to that.
