Arjun troubled by politicians

After the moderate response received for Pazhani, director Perarasu is working on his next project titled Thiruvannamalai. Even this time around, the director has followed the golden rule of naming his film after places. Arjun for the first time will be teaming up with Perarasu. Talking about the film, director says, “My films

will always emphasize on relationships and sentiments revolving around mother, father, sister or brother. But Thiruvannamalai will not have any of such sentiments.” He claims that though the film will have the usual entertainment quotients, it will still be different. Arjun owns a local cable TV channel and the problems that he faces due to the interference of local politicians form the plot of the story. Arjun will be supported by a debutant Sania Vakil in heroine’s role and Sai Kumar from Kannada filmdom as villain. Srikanth Deva scores the music and the film is slated to go on floors at Kumbakonam
