By Behindwoods News Bureau.
June 10, 2008

As the day draws closer to Dasavatharam’s release, expectation and excitement have begun to rise by the day. In Chennai the celebration is palpable, with advance booking kicking off as early as the 8th, and several corporate companies planning mega events tied to the film’s release. But all this is partly to be expected – the new surprise is the

buzz in other cities. Kamal’s extravaganza is all set to storm Indian metros.

The biggest expectations are being registered abroad. In Toronto, multiplexes that show Hollywood movies are getting ready to screen Dasavatharam – a first for a Tamil movie. The movie’s overseas prints have been shipped yesterday. All the major cities in the U.S. will have Dasavatharam’s premier on Thursday June 12. Advance booking for the movie has been just as strong in North America as it has in India.

We can’t wait any longer. Dr. Kamal don't tease us any more, just bring it on!
