Balaji Shakthivel’s film, which is
to be produced by Lingusamy has been titled
13/9 Vazhakku En. According to the director,
he chose the title because story is about
a 13-year-old boy who is convicted for an
offence for nine years.
After spending nine years in jail, he returns
to civilization. How the society looks at
him and how his life changes form the rest
of the story.
