WARRANT FOR VILLAIN ACTOR

Ponnambalam is issued a warrant in a cheque bouncer case filed against him by financier Anbunathan of Karur. The actor, who obtained 1.5 lakhs loan from the financier, has apparently issued a cheque, which bounced owing to lack of funds in his account. The warrant was issued by the Karur court after the finance company filed a petition seeking the actor’s arrest.
