Silambarasan’s quarter century

Actor Silambarasan celebrates his 25th birthday today. Born on February 3, 1983, the actor, interestingly, also crosses the 25th mark in his movie career having started to apply greasepaint when he was just a year old. The multitasking star, true to the legacy of his dad, is a director, playback singer and songwriter other than an actor. Silambarasan was

also a judge for two seasons of a private television channel’s reality dance TV show Jodi Number One.

Silambarasan also lends his voice for outside movies and his salt and pepper voice ends up rendering the songs with super hit status. He has also rendered voice for Dev Patel’s character in Slum Dog Millionaire’s Tamil version. It is learnt that Silambarasan’s Kettavan will start filming soon. Kettavan, the actor’s 25th movie, has Namita, Santhanam and Premji Amaren playing pivotal roles.
